Our hand stretched dough, made from Caputo '00' flour is fermented for 72 hours for the perfect flavour and texture. Our signature tomato sauce uses only the finest San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the rich volcanic soil surrounding Mount Vesuvius and all pizzas use Fior di Latte di Agerola or buffalo mozzarella.
